Hayley’s love of sports started off her interest in gaining knowledge about the human body and ways to help those who are pain. With over 5years experience, Hayley treats a variety of conditions, acute and chronic, aiming to relieve pain and increase activity.

A broad range of treatment techniques are tailored to the individual usually consisting of soft tissue, stretching and joint mobilisation also combined with exercise prescription.

Maintaining her clients health and well being is of high importance to Hayley.

To maintain her own health and fitness Hayley enjoys activities including: running, weights training, stretching and a variety of gym classes. She also gets regular remedial massages.

Jessica Himmelspach

Jessica’s passion for health and fitness led her to pursue a holistic career in massage therapy.

Since completed her Cert IV and Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2008, Jessica has worked on a diversity of clients, from sporting athletes to corporate professionals.

Jessica’s focus is to help improve her client’s everyday performance and maintain an overall healthy well-being.

Jessica’s treatments are individually tailored with techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy. Jessica keeps regularly active through crossfit, boxing and hiking.

Available Monday & Tuesday.

Bryan Allen

  • Owner & senior therapist

Bryan is fully qualified and insured Remedial Massage therapist with over 10 years experience, and has a passion for making people feel better. He has worked in a variety of clinics such as Sports Physio clinincs, Chiropractic clinics, Naturopathy clinics and with sporting clubs such as the Brisbane Roar FC.

Bryan’s regular clients range from Crossfitters and Triathletes, to office workers and people recovering from injuries and operations.

His treatments are tailored to the individual using a combination of Structural alignment, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Fascia release and Cupping Therapy techniques, to get the job done!

Bryan enjoys Stand Up Paddle Baording, Hiking, Rugby Union and Single Malt Whiskeys.

Bryan is available Monday – Friday.

Penny Matkin-Hussey

Penny Matkin-Hussey

  • Nutritional Coach

Penny is a fully qualified sports and exercise scientist, sports and remedial massage therapist and nutritional coach with over 6 years’ experience. She qualified in the UK and has since moved to Australia.

Penny has worked with professional rugby teams in the UK, competitive triathletes, rowers, endurance runners, cyclists, CrossFitters and various at sports physio and chiropractic clinics. She has a passion for building better humans, for every aspect of their life.

Penny combines soft tissue, dry needling, trigger point therapy, mobility and activation work to ensure her clients achieve maximum benefit from each treatment. She works with all types of athletes and non-athletes alike in helping them achieve their goals, be it to return from an injury, break a PB or just have a pain free day at their desk.

Penny is a keen CrossFitter and endurance runner, having completed running numerous marathons and ultra-marathons.

Penny is available on Tuesday.

Jake Milne

Jake Milne

Jake started in the fitness industry back in 2010. Over the course as a successful strength coach, he found there was a limit to his capacity to coach athletes due to the mechanical restrictions within their musculoskeletal system.

This lead him down the path of bodywork and massage therapy which soon became one of his biggest passions.

Finding a deeper love for anatomy he decided to go all in when it comes to massage therapy and has been enjoying the change since 2013. Jake uses a combination of techniques, such as, Active Release Technique and Dry Needling to get the desired results.

Jake keeps active through strength training, bike riding and Jiu Jitsu. He’s also just an all round legend.

Jake is available Saturday & Sunday.

Claire Long

Claire is a passionate remedial massage therapist with a love for health and fitness. Since doing her training in 2014 she has gained experience massaging in physiotherapy clinics, gyms/crossfit boxes, and with both local and national sporting teams.

Claire’s passion for each individuals overall physical wellbeing gave her the intent to strengthen bodies to prevent injury and now does so through pilates instructing.

Each treatment is tailored specifically for each clients injury, through using techniques such as; trigger point therapy, mobilisations, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, passive stretching and myofascial release.

Claire is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
