Hayley is a Musculoskeletal Therapist & Remedial Massage Therapist.

Hayley’s interest in sports initially led her in the direction of learning more about the human body and how to help those who are in pain.

Hayley has over 10 years experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions (acute and chronic) including;

  • headaches & migraines
  • lower back pain
  • TMJ/jaw pain
  • sciatica

A broad range of treatment techniques are tailored to the individual usually consisting of soft tissue, stretching and joint mobilisation also combined with exercise prescription.

Maintaining her clients health and well being is of high importance to Hayley, and focuses her treatments with a goal of pain relief and prevention.

Hayley’s other life interests include travelling, music gigs, running, weights training and hiking.


Hayley is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.

Bryan Allen

Bryan is fully qualified and insured Remedial Massage therapist with over 10 years experience, and has a passion for making people feel better. He has worked in a variety of clinics such as Sports Physio clinincs, Chiropractic clinics, Naturopathy clinics and with sporting clubs such as the Brisbane Roar FC.

Bryan’s regular clients range from Crossfitters and Triathletes, to office workers and people recovering from injuries and operations.

His treatments are tailored to the individual using a combination of Structural alignment, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Fascia release and Cupping Therapy techniques, to get the job done!

Bryan enjoys Stand Up Paddle Baording, Hiking, Rugby Union and Single Malt Whiskeys.


Bryan is available Monday – Friday.

Kira Hamilton


  • Diploma of Remedial Massage Student

Kira is very passionate about health and wellness. She has previously completed a Certificate IV in Fitness and is now currently studying for a Diploma of Remedial Massage.

Kira decided to pursue a career of a Remedial Massage Therapist because she loves helping people. At the end of the day she finds fulfillment knowing she has made a difference in helping her clients feel better, physically and mentally.

Her approach to Swedish Relaxation Massage is holistic and she uses techniques to assist in the healing of various aspects of the mind-body connection. She customises her massages to each individual’s needs, and has a very caring, professional presence.

Kira’s other life interests include training at f45, touch football, surfing, hiking, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends.


Kira is available on Wednesdays.

Jake Milne

Jake started in the fitness industry back in 2010. Over the course as a successful strength coach, he found there was a limit to his capacity to coach athletes due to the mechanical restrictions within their musculoskeletal system.

This lead him down the path of bodywork and massage therapy which soon became one of his biggest passions.

Finding a deeper love for anatomy he decided to go all in when it comes to massage therapy and has been enjoying the change since 2013. Jake uses a combination of techniques, such as, Active Release Technique and Dry Needling to get the desired results.

Jake keeps active through strength training, bike riding and Jiu Jitsu. He’s also just an all round legend.


Jake is available Saturday & Sunday.

Claire Long

Claire is a passionate remedial massage therapist with a love for health and fitness. Since doing her training in 2014 she has gained experience massaging in physiotherapy clinics, gyms/crossfit boxes, and with both local and national sporting teams. She is currently studying a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology.

Claire’s passion for each individuals overall physical wellbeing gave her the intent to strengthen bodies to prevent injury and now does so through pilates instructing.

Each treatment is tailored specifically for each clients injury, through using techniques such as; trigger point therapy, mobilisations, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, passive stretching and myofascial release.

Claire’s interests include rock climbing, looking after her 2 beautiful dogs and taking her Jeep Wrangler out on FWD and camping trips.


Claire is available Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
